A vault, not a cabinet in an office
Certified vault
The boxes sit in a real vault with an IMP certificate - not in a safe placed in an office room.
Mechanical lock
Every box has its own mechanical lock. Mechanical solutions do not fail with the power or the network.
24/7 security and monitoring
Physical security and monitoring run around the clock, seven days a week.
Insured from signature
The minimum sum of PLN 10,000 under the operator's price list applies from the moment the agreement is signed - with no inventory of contents; a higher sum can be purchased additionally. Cover excludes, among others, works of art and collectibles - the full list of exclusions is in the terms and conditions.
Four steps to your own box

You choose the size
Tell us what you want to store - we suggest the smallest box that will take it.

You sign the contract
A rental agreement with the vault operator - open-ended, with payment for the billing period you choose and a one-month notice period. Insurance starts at signing.
- 03
You get the key
An individual mechanical lock - you keep the key, the operator holds a spare. The client is liable for a lost or shared key. You can appoint an attorney-in-fact before a notary or in the presence of the operator's employee.

You use the box
Access on business days from 9:00 to 17:00. At every visit an employee verifies your identity - once the box is open, you are left alone.
You buy gold and leave it in the vault
Not everyone wants to carry bars home. Metals bought from us stay on deposit in the vault - in an area nobody enters, including you. When you decide to collect them, we release them at any of our 16 branches in Poland, free of charge, within 10 business days of your request.

The deposit service is run by Mennica Skarbowa S.A. as the vault operator. Release time (up to 10 business days), free collection at branches and storage terms - per the operator's information as of 31 July 2026; the 10-business-day term applies at all branches (confirmed by MS Trade, 5 August 2026). Rates are confirmed individually.
Storage step by step
- 01You buy metal from usBars or coins - at the Jasna 1 branch or delivered to the vault.
- 02The metal goes into the depositInstead of taking the bullion away, you sign a safekeeping agreement with the operator. The position is recorded and the deposit area stays sealed to everyone.
- 03You request collectionFrom your request to release of the metal takes at most 10 business days. You collect it at any branch in Poland, at no cost - or close the position by selling at that day’s buy-back prices.

Box or storage?
Two different services in the same vault. You have direct access to your safe box and decide what goes in it. The deposit covers metals bought from us, is recorded, and the deposit area stays sealed - we release the metal on request.

The things everybody asks about
You do not declare the contents
What is inside the box is your business - the operator does not list or inspect it. Standard insurance works without an inventory.
What you can keep
Cash, gold and coins, jewellery and family valuables, securities, documents. The terms exclude, among others, weapons, dangerous items and items that spoil or give off odour - even legal ones. Works of art and collections can be stored, but standard insurance does not cover them.
Attorney-in-fact and inheritance
A power of attorney is signed before a notary or in the presence of the operator's employee; it expires on the client's death, and more than one attorney-in-fact requires the operator's consent. Heirs gain access after presenting the death certificate and confirmation of inheritance.
Access hours
Business days, 9:00-17:00. Entry to the vault is always accompanied by an employee after identity verification; at busy times the operator may shorten a single visit.
Agreement and notice
An open-ended agreement with payment for the billing period you choose. One-month notice, effective at the end of a month. When the agreement ends you empty the box and return the key - overholding is charged extra under the terms.
Location
The vault is in Warsaw, in the basement of a pre-war bank building. The exact address and directions come with the appointment.
