Editorial principles

We write about money and real assets, so we follow clear rules: reliable sources, separation of information from offers, and full transparency of authorship.

Last updated: 6 August 2026

1. Accuracy and sources

We publish market data with the source and date indicated (NBP fixing, USGS, company reports). Numbers without a source do not pass editing; estimates are marked as approximate.

2. Authorship and expertise

Every article has a named author - individual or collective (MS Trade Editorial Team). Specialist texts are consulted with advisors who work with clients daily.

3. This is not investment advice

Website content is informational and educational. It does not constitute investment recommendations or an offer; you make investment decisions yourself, and final transaction terms are confirmed by an advisor.

4. Separation of content and sales

Blog articles are not advertising material. If a text leads to a service, we mark it clearly as a related service - no hidden placements.

5. Updates and corrections

When the legal or market situation changes materially, we update the article and show the update date next to the publication date. Errors are corrected promptly after verification.

6. Use of AI tools

AI tools support the research and editing of our content. Articles created with their involvement carry a note next to the text, and every piece passes human substantive review before publication. Editorial responsibility for all publications rests with the MS Trade editorial team - in line with the transparency requirements of the AI Act (Article 50). This also applies to product illustrations: visualisations generated with AI are labelled in the images' alternative descriptions.

7. Punctuation and style

We write the sentence dash as a plain hyphen, not an en dash or em dash - it keeps our voice consistent and easy to read on every device.

8. Reader privacy

Analytics run only after consent (Consent Mode v2). Social media videos are hosted locally - without third-party tracking scripts.

9. Reporting issues

Spotted an error or outdated information? Write to us - we review every report and respond.
